Explanatory memo

The posts from below to the end of the July column are from our 'BigDog' trip to Denver and Texas in May/June 2009, and actually unfold from bottom to top of the column of photos. Cassidy's first two word phrase appeared here in Bryan, Texas - when she saw these two gentle giants, she shrieked with pleasure and said 'big dawg', with a proper Texas accent, and that became the phrase of the holiday...Sierra, the dog in the second holiday, shadowed her round like a mother dog the entire time we were in Bryan
