Cassidy goes conferencing
We all went together to a conference in Dublin, and I was part of a committee that presented a prize to the best young scholar's paper. I had to go up on stage with the committee at the conference dinner to do this, and the Chair (not me) rambled on long enough that Cassidy decided she couldn't bear to keep sitting at the table. So just as they announced the prizewinner, up ran Cassidy and joined us on stage! She clapped and grinned wildly as if she was getting the prize, and then afterwards they took a photo of us all. Fortunately the prizewinner doesn't seem to be too unhappy, and everyone was very accepting of it!
